Essential

• Extensive experience with the Microsoft stack of Microsoft Server solutions.
• Good working knowledge of deploying and suporting M365 & Azure Active Directory Services solutions
• Virtualisation experience deploying and managing VMware, Hyper-V on HPE & Dell Hardware
• Networking & the configuration of Switches, Firewalls, Routers, Storage and Wi-Fi
• Experience deploying and supporting clustered virtualisation solutions
• Managing Active Directory domains across multiple sites
• M365 – Email, Security, MFA, Applications including Sharepoint, OneDrive & Teams
• Physical deployment of vendor hardware in customer server cabinets
• Troubleshooting issues and escalating within the team when applicable
• Excellent personal management including the ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team, excellent time management and a proactive approach to problem solving
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with diversity and the ability to articulate technical issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Full current UK driving licence and own transport
• Producing high quality design documentation, possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills
